Job Description: Junior Accounting Technician

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the monthly closing process
• Assisting the Finance Manager in completing the quarterly reporting package
• Preparing payments to Cashpooling, suppliers, and customer refunds
• Preparing monthly VAT for returns and internal declarations
• Assisting in processing supplier invoices and credit notes via document management software (Docuware)
• Monitoring MPS orders related to customer inquiries or issues
• Responding to incoming emails or calls regarding MPS, repairs, information sharing, etc.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Dutch, thorough knowledge of French and English
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel, ERPs, and SAP
