A dynamic multinational in the logistics sector is looking for an assistant financial manager to strengthen the Antwerp team. Do you have several years of financial experience? Are you flexible, do you love numbers? Then this is the job you are looking for!

Your responsibilities as a junior assistant financial manager:

• Assist in preparing the budget
• Preparation and payment
• Prepare report
• Reconcile
• Bank book
• Reservation purchase invoice
• Track payments and receipts
• Send payment reminders and stay informed
• Act as a backup to the financial manager for VAT returns (domestic and international) and financial representatives
• Report directly to the financial manager

The ideal setup for junior assistant financial managers:

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or similar
• You have years of experience in similar roles
• You can proficiently use Excel
• You are familiar with various accounting software packages
• You can communicate verbally and in writing in Dutch, English, and French
• You are flexible
• You are a team player, but working independently is not a problem
