Our client, a leading company specializing in various ceiling systems, is urgently in need of a driven Junior Area Manager for the South and West Belgium region. As part of a German-based business family, with a rich history and presence in ⚠ countries, they deliver high-quality ceiling systems for various industries, including traders, ceiling system installers, architects, and developers. This organization is characterized by a unique approach supported from the headquarters in Bavaria. To strengthen their talented team, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can operate autonomously and wants to be part of a growing organization.

This position mainly involves employment in South and West Belgium. However, it is intended that the Area Manager also visits the office in the Netherlands monthly. A short training program starts at the office in Amsterdam. As a young Area Manager, you are responsible for actively developing and implementing a commercial strategy. You observe and support architects, clients, and companies specialized in ceiling installation. With a dedicated focus on acquisition and customer relationships, you provide advice, assist with technical issues, and guide in design. Additionally, you assess market trends and translate them into growth plans.
