In this role, you will have ⚠ additional team leaders, along with overseeing the daily coordination of Customer Service activities. You will evaluate the performance of your employees and manage projects to continuously improve service efficiency. You will directly communicate with the Customer Service Manager.

  • Coordinate and organize tasks, including planning, scheduling, and implementing changes;
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs within your department are met;
  • Participate in project execution and assess progress;
  • Analyze internal procedures and propose solutions;
  • Distribute performance reports monthly to all employees, management, and the board;

Your profile should include a minimum of ⚠ years of experience as a team leader in a customer service and/or communication center. Proficiency in French, Dutch, and basic English is required. You should be customer-focused, have a commercial instinct, be stress-resistant, have problem-solving skills, and excel in multitasking.
