Our client is a fashion retail company specializing in socks, beachwear and underwear. The group was founded in Italy in 1986 and has over 4,900 stores in more than 50 countries/regions with more than 39,500 employees worldwide.

With a comprehensive plan to open new stores worldwide, the Group's activities continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support for offices and stores (phone/email/remote assistance)
• Preventive/curative maintenance of the entire computer park
• Equipment training for users
• Ensure installation and configuration of computers and mobile devices
• Implement and configure new solutions in collaboration with the Italian headquarters
• Manage the logistics of defective parts (repair/replacement)

Profile:

• This position is based in our office in Brussels, Belgium
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• Autonomous, patient, organized, flexible, and responsive
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Mobile devices for superior on-site intervention in the store
• Highly familiar with Windows/Apple/Android IT environments
• Solid foundation in network TCP/IP/proxy/firewall/switch
• French, Dutch, and English proficiency
