Your Mission:

Our multicultural ICT team of ⚠ employees at Steve Peeters and S&B Agency is currently looking for an IT Help Desk Agent. What will your job be?

  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of Workspace services.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by performing diagnostics, documenting problems and solutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of problems.
  • Implementation and installation of ICT desktop computing hardware and software environments.
  • The Admin Hotline provides support to our users while respecting the administration of our ticketing tools.
  • Welcome new colleagues (explain the equipment they have access to and follow the procedures below Must have experience level: Confirmed.

Fluent in English and French.

First time practical work experience using computers, printers, hardware, networks and software.

Ability to learn new things.

Strong, quick grasp of concepts.

Highly efficient and detail oriented.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with end users.

Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize tasks independently.

Willing to take on computer and network administration tasks such as:

  • Infrastructure monitoring and asset management
  • On-Demand Software Installation
  • ITMS Office Printer Management and Support Skills
  • Office ⚠ Client Troubleshooting
  • Office ⚠ Management Console Management
  • File Server Access Management
  • Office IT Equipment Management
  • IT Asset Management
  • Active Directory Management
  • Specially Customized PCs for Departments ( Folder access and special software installation)
  • Android/iO based troubleshooting.

Preferably ⚠-⚠ years of experience managing computers, printers, hardware, networks and software.

Lotus Notes experience (configuration, database and support).

Matrix experience ⚠.

ITIL Certification Experience.

Cisco Jabber Experience (Management, Numbering, Support).
