IT Researcher

Our client, a leading IT company, is looking for a Dutch-speaking IT researcher. Proactively source candidates and provide candidates. Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle. Prepare and organize interviews and meetings with candidates. Assist managers with business development tasks and activities on a daily basis. You will be a leader to other recruiters and maintain teamwork. You want to develop expertise and knowledge to grow within the company. You can speak Dutch fluently as well as English, French is an advantage. You have a master's degree in human resources. Preference will be given to candidates with initial recruitment experience: motivation, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and good analytical skills. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Our client is offering a permanent contract for a challenging position within a rapidly growing company.
