Job Description: IT Quality System Coordinator

C&S Solutions is a leading company with over ⚠ employees in Belgium and ⚠,⚠ worldwide, specializing in inspection, testing, and certification services. We are currently seeking an IT Quality System Coordinator for our Mechelen, Antwerp, Waver locations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain IT quality documents
• Support audits and manage deviations
• Initiate and manage IT quality process reviews
• Implement process improvements and efficiency measures
• Plan and oversee IT projects, ensuring progress and budget adherence
• Collaborate with validation team on computerized system implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• ⚠+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of GxP/ISO⚠/NIS⚠ regulations
• Experience in Quality Management Systems or IT Project Management
• Proficient in English, Dutch/French is a plus
• Strong planning and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
