The job description involves being part of a global team with branches in India and Belgium. You will work with the head of your department and colleague team managers, including those involved with the Indian teams, on operational and strategic projects that strengthen the Global Recruitment brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team responsible for building and operating a large data platform.
• Working with Indian counterparts to lead a global team of talented data and platform engineers.
• Developing and maintaining a powerful analytical platform to meet all data needs.
• Managing relationships with external partners.
• Promoting employee growth and development.
• Ensuring the team stays updated with the latest technological advancements.

Required Skills:

• Leadership experience.
• Affinity with technology, data, and analysis.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French being beneficial.
• Experience with large data platforms and technical tools such as Spark, Fabric, Python, and CDC.
