IT Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Architect to work for one of our prestigious clients in Brussels, Belgium (hybrid working). The responsibilities for this role include:

• Drawing and documentation of I&T infrastructure architecture
• Mapping of various information flows (which data traffic flows through which components)
• Ability to map rules in firewalls, NSX-T, load balancers, etc.
• Mapping of storage, computing, DR/HA, Monitoring, Isolation, Cloud, AD, etc.
• Analyze and develop recommendations
• Producing clear and high-quality documentation

You should understand all components of technical enterprise architecture and have knowledge and experience with storage, compute, disaster recovery, high availability, monitoring technologies, isolation, cloud, DC resources, etc. You should be able to contribute to policy and specific technologies, conduct analyses, describe and document recommendations. You should have analytical skills and be able to translate problems or needs into concrete solutions.

In addition, you should be eager to learn and stay informed about new trends and developments in your field. Fluency in Dutch and English, both speaking, reading, and writing, is required.
