Context: During the course of our digital transformation, we have been looking for a Business Analyst (functional analyst) for the 'P&C Retail Distributor Sales' team. In this context, you will facilitate the digital transformation of the P&C Retail sales process by providing support to our brokers and partners. This alteration will enable our brokers and partners to collaborate with us, either directly on our developed website, or via APIs, our partners will incorporate into their own front-ends. The front-end and APIs are incorporated into our existing legacy systems in the back. As a functional analyst or business analyst, your primary responsibilities include: You will collaborate with the business stakeholders to translate the business objectives into specific functional requirements for the IT team. You'll collaborate closely with the Solution Architect, the Business Architect, the other business and system analysts, and the implementation team. You function as the center through which these roles are connected, this will help to ensure the team's consistency. You're crucial to other teams who provide complete solutions to end problems. You participate in the preparation of tests that will validly assess the effectiveness of the team's solutions. You're part of the process of delivering software as a service via Agile ceremonies, which is part of the process of delivering software as a service (quarterly planning, grooming sessions, Sprint planning, daily scrum).
