Purpose of the role:

You are part of our Cyber ​​Security and Applications team responsible for automating and improving processes in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of customer service on all support requests, adhering to service management principles while approaching tasks with an agile mindset.
• Record information, events, issues, etc. in the appropriate solution log. Identify and apply the best solution.
• Create and document knowledge, processes and maintenance records following appropriate methods and procedures.
• Identify, propose and implement service/process improvements with a special focus on improving customer satisfaction and/or automating repetitive tasks.
• Complete other tasks as requested by direct supervisor.
• Create low-code, no-code applications to improve the way we currently work.
• Business analysis and requirements mapping.

Your skills:

• Advanced organizational and collaboration skills and effective communication (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated achiever with a high service mindset who derives satisfaction from providing exceptional customer support.
• Adaptability and high stress tolerance.
• Excellent ability to understand computer systems, mobile devices and other technology products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Ability to quickly absorb and retain information.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and perform tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Your Professional Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or IT course background recommended.
• Previous programming experience gained in school or other projects.

Your language skills:

• Fluent in English.
• Other languages ​​are an advantage.
