Purpose of the job:

• Participate in the Cybersecurity & Applications team.
• Responsible for implementing and enhancing processes in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivating a high degree of customer service for all support questions.
• Recording information in respective logs of resolution.
• Creating and documenting knowledge, processes, and maintaining records.
• Identifying, suggesting, and implementing service/process improvements.
• Performing other duties as requested.
• Building low-code apps and business analysis.

Your abilities:

• Advanced organization and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication and service mindset.
• Resilience and high stress tolerance.
• Very good understanding of technology and problem-solving ability.

Your work history:

• Bachelor's degree or background in information technology.
• Previous coding experience.

Your linguistic abilities:

• Fluency in English.
• Other languages are beneficial.
