Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to identify, attract, and retain top talent
• Assist in defining recruitment processes and crafting engaging job descriptions
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates and company fit
• Enhance recruitment and talent management procedures at partner companies
• Understand and address the needs of new clients
• Offer guidance to clients throughout the recruitment process
• Monitor progress of new partners
• Congratulate clients on successful hires

Requirements:

• Preferred fields of study: Human Resources Management or Psychology
• Languages: French or Dutch with a basic proficiency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive "Can-Do" attitude
