Job Summary:

Global Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a ambitious and passionate individual to become part of our team. We are seeking an accomplished intern who will help with the planning and execution of a national campaign for sustainability, such as World Clean Up Day or Mobileity Week. At Global Recruitment, we want to inspire people through the marvels of sports. However, we want to do this in a responsible and sustainable way, this will help to preserve our natural parks.

Roadbook Development:

• Work with the event's team to create a comprehensive roadbook that describes the schedule, important steps, and logistics involved in the event.
• Ensure all pertinent details are documented and accessible for easy execution.

Internal Communication:

• Help with the communication between members of the team and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain communication channels in order to ensure all team members are fully informed and committed to the goals of the event and the logistics of it.

Sustainability Integration:

• Collaborate with the sustainability team to incorporate environmentally friendly methods into the celebration.
• Research potential opportunities for waste reduction, energy conservation, and other environmentally friendly initiatives.

Participant Involvement:

• Help participants participate in activities before, during, and after the event.
• Create materials and resources that will enhance the overall experience and promote long-lasting practices.

Job Profile Qualifications:

• Sports is a part of your daily life
• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program like event management
• Skills in the organization and management of projects that are strong
• Fantastic written and spoken communication abilities
• Love of the environment and sustainability
• The capacity to function autonomously and as part of a joint team
