Bosch HomeComfort Global Recruitment is a purely national sales unit operating under the Buderus and Bosch brands. The service management team you'll work with is known for its positive atmosphere and they not only care about their customers, but they also care deeply about each other. You will work as a Service Management Trainee in the Installation to Resale department of Bosch Thermal Technologies in Mechelen, Global Recruitment.

Your main tasks will be to support process improvement projects on various topics related to customer service and support the team in (data) analysis where necessary. You will work with different departments to find innovative solutions. This is a great opportunity to develop your project management, creativity, analytical and communication skills.

You are currently a student (International Business Management, Marketing, Economics and Social Sciences, etc.) and are interested in project management and/or data analysis in the field of customer service. You have excellent communication skills, are very organized and flexible, and are able to work independently and efficiently. You have working knowledge of IT systems/MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS PowerBI). Fluent English and native Dutch language skills are a must.
