Robert Bosch Productivity N.V. is located in Tienen, Belgium, and is part of the Bosch Corporation, the primary manufacturing facility and global center of expertise for the development, engineering, and production of wiper arms. Customers are both original equipment car manufacturers and aftermarket clients.

As part of the Bosch strategy, we provide students the opportunity to participate in an apprenticeship at our facility. Safety, efficiency, and quality are our focus areas. We seek out ways to maintain the excellent position we are in by improving the efficiency of our equipment, actively participating in understanding processes, and finding causes of failure.

If you're in search of a position that will take initiative, learn, and add value to the industry, you're the student we are looking for. The internship should ideally last for ⚠-⚠ months and can be either full-time or part-time.

Currently, you can work from home. Participate in the production of Bosch Systems, constant improvement initiatives regarding existing production and logistics processes are the foundation of the field of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery. Standardization of the shop floor and improvement of operations, material supply, and changeovers are also part of the field.

The basis of capacity planning is the REFA method, which is also utilized by the company to calculate the Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). As a result, this is also a significant opportunity to improve your social and linguistic abilities.

The interns are primarily located in Tienen or Leuven, which is considered a university city with a multicultural composition.
