Internship in Data and Projects

The product portfolio ranges from floor-standing and wall-mounted boilers and water heaters to solar thermal systems, heat pumps for heating and cooling to large commercial and industrial systems such as industrial boilers, combined heat and power plants and more. Waste heat recovery systems for industrial processes.
Bosch ThermoTech Belgium is a purely national sales unit operating under the Buderus and Junkers brands. As an intern, you will be part of the data and project sales operations team. This young and dynamic team aims to create a data-driven organization where data forms the basis of all decisions and actions to ensure business growth and increase user satisfaction. Your role will be to contribute to this goal by participating in and being responsible for various data and automation projects (product and customer data), working closely with other team and department members:
- Play an active role in some of the day-to-day tasks of data Team (customer creation, monitoring the operation of bots, data optimization, etc.)
- Support the normal functioning of our various tools (e.g. e-commerce, product database, partner platform, contract creation, returns management)
- Provide daily support benefits to all our people Stakeholders (Customers, Sales, Internal Colleagues)
- Analyze data from SAP, CRM and various other databases (provide training)
- Process Modeling and Optimization (Visio)
- Involved in multiple optimization projects, providing support to PM.
You are currently studying Business Administration or a similar subject and have experience in data analysis. Ideally, you have initial practical experience and are confident using Excel. Previous experience with SAP/ERP is preferred. You have good communication skills and are a team player. Additionally, you have strong organizational skills and can work independently during appointments. Proficiency in English, Dutch or French is required.
