Customer and Logistics Services

In terms of customer and logistics services, Bosch has direct contacts with important customers in France and the Benelux countries. Our role is to bridge the gap between warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers, while maintaining and analyzing massive amounts of data. We are problem-solvers, business handlers, and relationship builders.

Your Role as a Customer Service Intern

As a customer service intern, you will be the point of contact for customers, sales, and internal departments. Your responsibilities include order and shipment tracking, providing advice to clients, and supporting ongoing projects. You will also have the opportunity to monitor and analyze performance, prepare presentations, and support our customer and logistics relationships.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college, bachelor's, or master's degree
• Logistics background is an advantage
• Team player with a natural desire to help others
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Fluent in MS Office software packages, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus
• Sociable with the ability to cope with stress and a sense of humor
