International HR and Payroll Officer

Our partner, an international life sciences company based in Brussels, is looking for an International HR and Payroll Representative to sustain its growth. The company provides high-quality services to industrial customers concerned about safety, the environment and sustainability. The role covers a broad and varied range of responsibilities across HR and Payroll activities and provides the opportunity to be part of a friendly environment.

The International Human Resources and Payroll Officer will:

• Manage payroll activities.
• Ensure good international payroll management.
• Stay up to date on the latest social and labor laws.
• Improve payroll and internal processes.

Minimum of ⚠ years of experience in a payroll position within a complex organization or as Secretary of State. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Fluent in English and expert knowledge of French or Dutch. Good knowledge of social law.
