International Account Manager

Job Description

You are responsible for supporting resellers and end users of our products. You are proactive and committed to growing the company by maximizing our sales revenue. You report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training of dealer's sales team and end users.
• Attend meetings and visit clients.
• Analyze sales and forecast results by generating sales tracking reports.
• Provide support to your dealer at various events (seminars, customer visits, conferences).
• Collaborate with various internal departments (marketing, customers services) to ensure we meet all customer requirements.
• Manage daily client communications and ongoing relationships regarding current, new and upcoming projects.
• Proactively stay connected with customers and the changing market to capitalize on new search opportunities and ensure everything works.
• Customers are engaged regularly and effectively.
• Identify new potential leads - conduct intensive exploration in designated areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of ⚠ years of commercial account management experience.
• Experience managing sales network.
• Very good business knowledge and skills in client portfolio management.
• Ability to train and mentor.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Confident, strong personality and strong ability to withstand pressure.
• This position requires perfect written and spoken English skills. Other languages ​​have advantages.
• A team player.
• Willing to spend ⚠% of time outside Europe.
• Interest and/or experience in the medical field is an advantage.
• Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English.
