Inside Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator

We are currently looking for a: Inside Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator for our Innovation Center in Brussels
Task: In this dual role, you will initially act as the lead coordinator and support the movement of products between our production facilities, storage and delivery Smooth flow to our customers. In addition, you will support the sales team with their day-to-day commercial activities and drive business growth by maintaining customer relationships and generating new sales opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:
Inside Sales
- You will proactively interact with prospects/customers using outbound sales calling methods to develop business.
- You provide relevant marketing information about products, services and solutions to your customers.
- You support Sales Account Managers in developing pricing strategies and providing recommendations.
- You will be responsible for the customer database, keeping our CRM software up to date, maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline, and tracking leads for target accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.
- You will be responsible for monthly reporting on sales progress, forecasts and market conditions through CRM data extraction and analysis.
Supply Chain
- You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, monitor and execute supply chain activities.
- You will be responsible for the ERP software and help manage day-to-day supply chain activities.
- You will manage the fulfillment of samples and commercial orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- You are the focus of our internal and external logistics service providers.
- You will monitor inventory and coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained based on sales forecasts.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, product information, and order-related updates.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
You have a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or international business. At least preliminary experience (⚠-⚠ years) in supply chain and/or sales. Understanding the plastics industry and plastics markets will be an advantage. Understand supply chain management principles and ERP systems. Familiar with CRM software, MS Office and sales tools. Self-motivated and strong ability to work independently. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Permanent contract.
