The Microsoft Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) Industry Team is responsible for leading the mission through close collaboration with a leading healthcare and life sciences organization. They bring together the Microsoft portfolio of solutions, partners, and ecosystems in order to help customers achieve their greatest potential and to enable new life-changing capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Promote industry-oriented sales for Microsoft and facilitate the transformation of customers through a combination of strategic guidance, industry, and technical knowledge.
• Accountable for starting sales and initiating conversations with customers led by the industry.
• Develop and achieve market goals that benefit the customer and cause a transformational effect on the customer.
• Global Recruitment with senior decision-makers to identify, create and maintain new business opportunities.
• Describe and explain the long-term benefits of using Microsoft's products, partners and solutions and close deals.

Main Qualifications:

• Prior experience at a Business Strategy Consulting firm (McKinsey, Global Recruitment, Global Recruitment, Accenture, Global Recruitment, or equivalent).
• Experience at a competing cloud and technology company (Oracle, IBM, SAP, 🔗, VMWare, Cisco, Global Recruitment, or equivalent) is preferred.
