Industry Advisor - Government

As an Industry advisor (IA), you will have the opportunity to lead a team of industry experts who will sell Global Recruitment products. This position is accountable for the start of sales and the induction of conversations with customers that are led by the industry. Accountability is the process of developing and achieving market goals that benefit the customer, and causing a transformational effect on the customer.

As an Industry advisor, you will have the subject matter expertise in digital transformation of business, you will engage with important decision makers to identify, create, and maintain new business opportunities. You will describe and explain the long-term benefits of using Global Recruitment's products, partners, and solutions in conjunction with your colleagues and you will close the deal.

Planning and Engagement:

• Serves as the Subject of the Day in regards to digital transformation planning.
• Engages internal and external stakeholders on a planning role, partnering with business planning (e.g., Key Business Leaders (KBLs), Global Systems Integrator (GSI], Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and reviewing industry plans, this increases the credibility of the industry as a whole.
• Provides leadership through the focus of global trends that are emerging in the industry (e.g., the needs of customers and competition), this will activate and promote global strategies that are relevant to the local market and must-win accounts.

Sales Execution:

• Identifies opportunities for improvement and gaps that exist between what customers want and what they need.
• Ensure the identification and progression of high impact, high potential repeatable scenarios and uses that are common across customers.
• Owns the effort to release opportunities for customers based on the objectives of the industry, best practices, and new stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Obtains relevant industry experience and certifications pertaining to the position and the industry as a whole.
• Experts in the subject matter, he actively participates in the industry's depth, including trends, implications of policy (e.g., privacy), and competitors, he provides recommendations on how to align with Global Recruitment's offering, and he helps others decide on pursuit or withdrawal, he also establishes a learning base for leaders.

Other requirements include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Health Sciences, Supply Chain, Education, Business, or another field that is relevant to the profession and ⚠+ years of customer-facing experience in the public sector or a master's degree in the same field and ⚠+ years of customer-facing experience in the public sector or another field.
