We are looking for an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer for our client specializing in energy management and automation.

Mission:

Maintain the design intent and integrity of assembled products Shop Floor Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Expert in various knowledge areas related to the company's production/manufacturing processes (PLC: Process Design, Ergonomics, Capacity, Simulation Tools, Investments, Cost Analysis, performance, etc.).

Significant contribution/leadership to continuous improvement efforts.

Main activities:

• Use of PLC technology and tools to improve industrial performance through manual processes, automated processes and PLC (Programmable Logic Control), adaptation of processes and manufacturing workplaces for existing products.
• Participate in specifying and citing new production line architecture and industrial scenarios to meet safety, quality, lead time and productivity requirements.
• Ensures communication of PLC principles and implementation of Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Get involved with SIM⚠ in your industry and take the necessary actions to quickly remove barriers.
• Manage the balance between capacity and workload using dedicated tools for internal and external production lines (iQ Simulation, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge...), optimize delivery times and ensure production line capacity.
• Prepare work instructions for operators for training purposes.
• Contributes to the development of new products (manufacturable, feasible).
• Research the feasibility and profitability of investments suitable for needs.
• Verify factory and supplier methods and processes.
• New production pilots have ⚠ to ⚠ years of experience in a similar position.

Fluent French and intermediate English skills. Microsoft Office. ERP system.
