HR/People Officer

As an HR Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide quality solutions in a timely manner and be able to anticipate employee needs. Support HR/People business partners in the execution of day-to-day operations: ensuring processes are followed and all required systems are kept up to date. Ensure evidence of compliance with our processes is readily available for review Assist with the administrative recruitment of employees and follow-up to the new employee onboarding process. Work with people business partners to implement the people cycle (internal mobility, annual appraisals). Responsible for resolving employee relations issues and assisting with sensitive and complex documents. Optimize HR processes You work across borders and help with people-related projects. Competence Center: Monitors legislation on social issues and assesses the impact on our working environment and HR processes. Lead other projects related to the National People's Agenda, which may include training, events, communications, etc., depending on business needs. Analyze data and reporting on KPIs and metrics related to HR issues and HR contact patterns across all countries, with the aim of transforming our contact patterns and HR processes.

Minimum ⚠ years of professional experience in the Human Resources (HR) function. Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage. Familiarity with Belgian labor laws and HR practices/processes. Ability to write and speak Dutch and English fluently, French is an advantage. Familiarity with MS Office. Willing to travel to other locations (within Belgium). Energetic, fair, and honest team player. Highly curious and willing to learn. Results-oriented. Organized and detail-oriented with a desire to work with precision and precision. Determined to streamline processes and be solution-oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, good relationship building.
