We are looking for a well organized and motivated student to join our HR team working ⚠ hours per week. This multi-functional role includes effectively supporting HR processes, providing operational support for recruitment and managing learning and development programs. HR Process Support:

  • Work with the HR team to support various HR processes including, but not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, maintaining employee records, and offboarding.

Learning and Development Management:

  • Assists in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops and other learning activities to promote employee development and skill improvement.
  • Manage learning and development activities including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance and handling feedback and assessment.
  • Work with external trainers or vendors to ensure successful implementation of training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory registrations.

Order Management:

  • Generates and maintains orders for HR-related goods and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Works with Human Resources team members to identify procurement needs and obtain necessary approvals for procurement requests.

Expense Policy Compliance:

  • Ensures compliance with company expense policies and guidelines.
  • Review employee expense reports for accuracy, legality, and compliance with company policy.

Global Recruitment:

  • Provide administrative support for the rollout of new HR policies, procedures and initiatives.

Data and Report Management:

  • Generate reports as needed to support the HR decision-making process.

Recruitment:

  • You support the creation of job descriptions and posting them.
  • You help screen resumes.
  • They support close administrative follow-up.

You are in at least the third year of a bachelor's degree in a social field (HR, Psychology, Law, Economics...) and are familiar with or have a strong interest in HR processes and best practices, labor laws and regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to gather information and analyze that information thoroughly. Strong problem-solving skills to make decisions based on insights from gathered information. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can easily interact with employees at all levels of the organization. You pay attention to details. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care and integrity. A collaborative and team-oriented approach helps create a positive and collaborative work environment! Student contracts are for one year, +/- ⚠ hours per week, in a stimulating and flexible working environment. Gain professional experience with an international flair for the first time in a rapidly growing industry. This is a demanding and informative activity.
