Main Responsibilities:- Manage International Payroll for employees from Belgium and the Netherlands
- Assist employees with legislative concerns
- Handle the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to departure
- Manage status changes, work hours, and absence
- Bachelor's degree in Payroll Administration or related field
- Fluency in German, French, or English
- Minimum of two years of experience in Payroll and Personnel Administration
