Job Description: German-Speaking HR Officer and Payroll Manager

We are currently seeking a German-speaking human resources officer and payroll manager for a partner company in the fashion and retail industry in Brussels. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage International Payroll for employees from Belgium and the Netherlands
  2. Assist employees with legislative concerns
  3. Handle the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to departure
  4. Manage status changes, work hours, and absence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Payroll Administration or related field
  • Fluency in German, French, or English
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Payroll and Personnel Administration
  • Dependable, dedicated, and well-intentioned
