Your tasks include:

• Administering employee personnel of colleagues A.
• Keeping staff records and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR-related documentation.
• Monitoring the salary process to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Preparing job vacancies, screening candidate documents, and organizing job interviews to promote team spirit and attract new employees.

A bachelor's degree is necessary, and a practical application mentality is valued. In addition to a solid command of the Dutch language, basic knowledge of French and English is required.
