HR & Mobility Budget Officer


Job Description

You are part of our Personnel Administration department. Your experienced team is responsible for delivering HR services at the highest level regarding all administrative, legal, and financial aspects of employees' careers at Global Recruitment. Since the beginning of January ⚠, we have implemented a budget for employee mobility within our organization. In this context, we are looking for someone to join our team. As the responsible person for personnel and mobility expenses, you must have administrative support and meticulous budget oversight. This includes:

  • Establishing and investigating specific correlations,
  • Managing data in various systems,
  • Tracking the mobility budget based on events in the employee's career (e.g. the impact of a suspension, long-term illness, etc.), followed by a discussion with the Fleet Officer.

Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for our employees regarding their administrative information. You can escalate specific or technical issues to the experts in your team. You will have control over the correspondence (e.g. email, letter, phone) with employees and ensure they are always timely informed of the latest information. Furthermore, you will communicate with them to promptly receive the necessary information about our services, aiding in effective administrative oversight, scanning, and registration. Ultimately, you must ensure that the HR tools are supplemented with accurate employee alert data.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Several years of relevant experience in personnel management are preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills and effective organizational abilities.
  • Independence and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, along with outstanding editorial skills.
  • Familiarity with the French language.
