We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager for our Belgian partner, an electronics wholesaler based in the Brussels region. As the Human Resources Manager, you play a key role in working with department heads to implement various strategic projects in Human Resources Management. Implementation of HR Performance Indicators (KPIs). Participate in the distribution center recruitment process. Advice related to human resources strategy. Serve as lead representative in negotiations with local trade union delegations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field. Fluent in Dutch and French. Minimum ⚠ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner. Leadership, problem solving, diplomacy and a good listener.
