🔗 is currently looking for an HR Manager for our partner in logistics in East Flanders.

As part of a group from Belgium, you will have two different locations in East Flanders. The company manages the supply chain for professional retailers in Belgium.

This is a small company with a family-oriented approach, focusing on employee health.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects focusing on HR aspects like Talent Management, L&D, performance evaluation, and recruitment.
• Handle payroll for Belgium.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for specific subjects and associations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum ⚠ years of experience in a similar role.
2. Experience working with a variety of occupations including white and blue-collar employees.
3. Proficiency in Dutch; knowledge of other languages considered a plus.
4. Effective communication, negotiation skills, and a people-oriented approach.
