Job Description: HR Generalist in Machelen
One of our partners in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Generalist in Machelen. With a worldwide presence, the company now has over ⚠ employees at its Belgian subsidiary.
To have the full complement of ⚠ people in the HR department, the team is seeking out an experienced HR Generalist that will oversee the entire management of the employee's life cycle, including SoftHR issues. In this role, you will serve as a significant middleman between management and employees, which will ensure that the HR department is smoothly operating on a daily basis.
Your tasks will include:
- Managing the employee's life cycle from A to Z Career management
- Organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the training required by different professions
- Participating in managing social relations and facilitating relations with labor unions
- Participating in the development of labor union policies
Requirements:
- Higher degree in human resources or a similar field
- At least ⚠ years of experience in a Generalist role in human resources
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to speak in French
- Experience in industrial settings and blue-collar environments
- Results-oriented with the ability to maintain a consistent structure in complex environments
