🔗 is currently seeking an HR Business Partner for a partner who is involved in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry in Mechelen. As a part of a larger international group, you will have a base at the Mechelen site. The company is expanding and taking a more intelligent approach to providing solutions to their customers in the pharmaceutical industry. The structure is flat, and there's a high probability of taking charge and growing in capacity. This position will report to the HR Manager, who endeavors to expand the knowledge and policies of the HR department to a larger scope.

Responsibilities:

• Describe the responsibilities of a generalist in the HR department.
• Focus on projects related to soft HR aspects such as Talent management, L&D, performance evaluation, recruitment.
• Increase the employer brand and compensation and benefits.
• Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for specific subjects and associations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies.

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in a similar role.
• Industry or sector experience associated with white and blue-collar crime.
• Bilingual in Dutch and have a basic understanding of French and English.
• Team-oriented player, with a strong communication style, dedicated and proactive approach.
