As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. In the long term, your job is to build and grow your HR team. Through various cross-functional projects you will ensure the solid development of Belgium-specific HR policies while maintaining group-level consistency.
Employee life cycle management from entry to departure. Payroll and general human resources management. Recruitment from various locations and headquarters. Develop and update HR policies and procedures required to optimize HR management (employment regulations, tool optimization, etc.). Building the future HR department for a Belgian company Minimum ⚠ years of experience in a general HR position. Knowledge of Belgian social legislation and the ability to explain its specific features. Proficient in French and German (any other languages are an advantage). A proactive individual with organizational skills who is willing to participate in the development of the human resources structure. Demonstrate commitment through direct permanent contracts.
