Job Description: HR Business Partner

We actively seek out an HR Business Partner for one of our partners, a fast growing logistics company that is located near Antwerp. As the leading member of its market, our partner currently has nearly ⚠ employees in Belgium and is dedicated to creating a workplace that promotes growth.

To assist the Human Resources team, our partner is seeking someone who can assume different aspects of employee management and handle a variety of HR projects that will enhance and improve different procedures. In this position, you will utilize all of your knowledge of human resources in a ⚠-degree, diverse, and evolving role, this will allow you to assume both strategic and operational roles in human resources.

Your Tasks:

• Talent Management: Analyzing requirements and writing job descriptions.
• Internal Talent Management and promotions.
• Operational Support: Conflict management, compliance, reorganizations, etc.
• Compliance with regulations and policies.
• Monitoring and Collaboration with Social Partners.

You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a minimum of ⚠ years of experience in the human resources sector, specifically in the logistics industry. You should be fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
