HR Business Partner - Europe, PXT Ops International Central & Support Functions

  • We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join the People Experience and Technology (PXT) Operations International Center and Support Function (ICSF) as an Enterprise HR Business Partner. Individuals in this position must be able to work independently, adopt a hands-on approach, and collaborate effectively with professionals at all levels. You will need excellent communication skills, professional interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in an innovative environment. You will need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate your clients' business plans and goals into the people skills needed to deliver outstanding results. Own and manage relationships with client group executives, including directors. Develop and be responsible for the implementation of a PXT strategic plan for each supported company to ensure alignment with EU and global PXT goals. You will serve as an advisor to client groups and serve as a key member of each group's management team, providing input on the PXT impact of strategic and operational decisions and programs. Strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including understanding compensation and benefits and development activities. Support and develop line managers to drive a performance culture by coaching, conducting talent assessments and succession planning meetings. Provide expert advice on employment laws, policies and practices to your client base and ICSF team. Support the design and implementation of appropriate training and development programs. Global Recruitment mission-critical projects related to PXT. Ensure consistency of PXT related programs by collaborating with colleagues in Seattle and other EU locations as well as operations and corporate departments.

  • Basic Qualification A Degree. Relevant experience in HR functions in an international, fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Relevant expertise in European labor law. Relevant experience using data or anecdotal evidence to negotiate/influence business decisions and key stakeholders. Proven experience communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including your colleagues and managers, in a multicultural environment and across multiple locations. Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English.
