As an HR Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to resolve positive issues with employees through your comprehensive understanding of the complex issues regarding processes, behavior, and providing accurate and pertinent advice to Global Recruitment's managers. Own and lead projects, and drive the progression towards business goals. Additionally, they will participate in the collection of data and the implementation of policies. Finally, they will have a single goal: to make Global Recruitment a great place to work. From one day to the next, you could be taking part in multiple different projects or serving as a supporter of senior stakeholders in developing strategies and conducting regular talent assessments.
