In Dilbeek, near Brussels, the search for an HR Business Partner has begun as an assistant to the director of human resources. In this role, you play a crucial role in aligning the people strategy and HR practices with the company objectives. In short, you advise, support, and promote the management of the company in Dilbeek (Brussels) regarding the ⚠ languages (Dutch, French, and English) that are competitive in terms of salary + additional benefits. As an HRBP, you advise, support, and promote management in HR areas, such as recruitment needs, coaching, development plans, absenteeism, rewards, and changes. Additionally, you participate in the development and implementation of HR policies (human resources), provide guidance and advice in the development and implementation of HR policies at both the corporate and local levels, and serve as the primary point of contact for personnel matters. Responsible for business reform, workforce planning, capacity management, and monitoring within the sales organization. You oversee the recruitment process, guide the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and provide assistance with all recruitment-related queries. Monitor the progress of employee development and onboarding. Discuss and analyze data, trends, and figures in collaboration with the HR expert team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Personally, you are customer and results-oriented, a problem solver, a team player capable of working with interdisciplinary teams, independent, a strong communicator, analytical, organized, and willing to learn. A university degree in business management, human resources, psychology, social sciences, or a related field. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Good understanding of Belgian social laws. HR expertise in Comp and Ben is crucial in recruiting L&D and data scientists. The organization offers an exciting and full-time position that is internationally oriented and mentally healthy.
