Job description: Housing Assistant in Brussels
The U.S. Ambassador's office in Brussels is looking for a Housing Assistant to join the Residential Property Management Team within the General Services Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage over ⚠ residential properties with a total value exceeding $⚠ million.
- Act as the primary contact for residents living in the units.
- Inform employees of their assigned sector and explain responsibilities related to government-occupied quarters.
- Handle accommodations for two or more senior-level officers.
- Balance residential needs for senior foreign policy figures.
- Address various maintenance, contractor, and neighborhood-related issues with occupants.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school.
- Experience: Minimum of ⚠ years in a relevant office role. Must have a driver's license B.
- Language: Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
