You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the department within the care home, maximizing the quality of care provided to residents, the consistency of the care offered, and the organization, coordination, and continuity within the healthcare sector.

Required studies: Higher education (HBO), Geriatric Nursing or Professional Bachelor: Geriatric Nursing, Master Nursing and Midwifery, and ⚠ years of experience as a nurse.
