Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced executive to join the Strategy and Integration team to lead Global Recruitment's delivery topology and configurator teams in the EU. You are a natural proactive person with the ability to translate the long-term vision for Global Recruitment into strategic and tactical topology and configuration optimization plans for multiple partners across SWA and EU operations. This requires a truly hands-on approach, solid stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.

You will be part of the core team building Global Recruitment's shipping operations network as well as the EU-wide system optimization strategy and implementation plan. You will help shape and design Global Recruitment products and engage and influence multiple operational stakeholders to create a shipping provider our customers love. You will have a truly hands-on approach, operational understanding, solid leadership skills and the ability to build and leverage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Because this position requires regular interaction with senior leadership (Directors, Vice Presidents), you must be able to comfortably communicate at this level while working directly with various functional teams and team members at all levels throughout the Global Recruitment business organization. Lead the EU SWA transport topology and network configuration project team. A thought leader in network configuration and transmission systems. Be an advocate and influencer for the company with partner teams and stakeholders. Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with business, product and operations teams. Support the launch of Global Recruitment in new countries and segments internally and externally. Develop structural plans and routines to ensure all strategic and tactical plans are implemented on time and to expected standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with, presenting and influencing executives at the VP level
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience leading teams defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
