The Global Recruitment (LLBC) is a Canadian-owned company with over ⚠ years of experience in the bakery and milling industries. We are currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our Corporate Finance department in Ninove.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the tax affairs of the La Lorraine Bakery collective
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
• Provide strategic guidance to the company
• Collaborate with various departments on tax issues
• Plan and arrange collective tax payments for Pillar ⚠
• Assess, update and maintain the Group's Policy on Transfers
• Identify tax incentives and potential grants
• Create procedures to mitigate taxation risks
• Represent the company in tax-related discussions

Requirements:

• Degree in economic theory
• Minimum ⚠ years of tax experience
• Comprehensive understanding of tax laws and regulations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
