Job Description:

A worldwide consulting group in the pharmaceutical industry that operates in ⚠+ countries has a reputation for its expertise in healthcare-related campaigns that are recognized around the world. They are looking for a Group Controller in Belgium, who will oversee the financial aspects of the group, reporting to the chief financial officer, and making sure all subsidiaries are compliant.

The function of the group controller is at the heart of all of the financial activities of the group. You will participate in the change, helping the organization to progress and develop:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Leading the annual budgeting process and monitoring performance against expectations.
• Creating and maintaining internal controls for regulatory compliance.
• Implementing and overseeing cash pooling and factoring processes.

As part of the holding in Brussels, the Group Controller will have a central role in the coordination of the entire financial management within the group. As such, the successful candidate acquires a specific set of expertise and experience:

• A Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management or another equivalent
