Job Description

Over the past year and a half, we have successfully transformed from a "professional organizer of live events" to a market leader in virtual events, with a steady increase in demand for our digital services.

The reason for our existence is to contribute to better policy-making through discussion and debate. We help companies and organizations express their views to relevant policymakers and stakeholders through face-to-face and virtual events.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing and designing communication materials such as brochures, presentations, reports, infographics, banners, summaries, etc.
• Designing branding materials for virtual events.
• Designing email campaigns and evaluating their impact. Advising on digital communication.
• Managing and updating our current website.
• Live broadcasting during virtual meetings.

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign).
• Familiarity with email marketing software.
• Excellent IT skills and expertise.
• Relevant university degree: multimedia design, communication, marketing, or similar.
• Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience.
