Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program is one year long and starts in August ⚠. ⚠-⚠ month rotations within the program. As a young talent you will work on real business projects in sales, trading, supply and logistics. You will adopt a ⚠-⚠-⚠ approach to learning and development, with ⚠% on-the-job learning, ⚠% contact with others and ⚠% formal learning and training. Who are we looking for? Proud owner. Agile learner. employee. Future makers. To be eligible, you must have earned a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) (by September ⚠ and no more than two years ago). Additionally, your professional experience should not exceed ⚠ years (excluding internships/voluntary/student work). Your passion and personal responsibility are more important than the subjects you study. Fluency in English and native language in the country to which you are applying are required. In order to qualify for the program, a valid permanent visa/work permit is required in the country of application.
