Job Description: Global Tendering Team Leader

Location: Belgium and the Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team responsible for tendering in the BENE region
  • Drive the creation of a winning strategy and proposal
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
  • Ensure compliance with business tools
  • Manage the preparation of technical and commercial documentation
  • Maintain an effective proposal schedule
  • Manage Risk Management and support Commercial Review Process

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage workload and bid turnaround timeframes
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders
  • Facilitate technical reviews and support client meetings
  • Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to the team

Technical skills and experience:

  • Relevant technical degree
  • Experience in tendering and/or management role
  • Knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions

Qualities and Competencies:

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
  • People management and communication skills
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • High level of digital proficiency
