Facil has a vacancy for Global Quality Process Manager at the headquarters in Genk. Continuity and continuous improvement. Together with your direct reports, Quality and Engineering Managers and their local teams in Europe, North America and Asia, you will play an active role in defining, certifying, implementing, ensuring and improving quality processes to ensure product and service process quality compliance Customer requirements.

Ensuring a sustainably compliant and robust facilities management system (FMS) is critical. You verify local implementation of global processes and ensure systems within the organization are active. You will track and analyze key performance and quality metrics/metrics. They react to observations and trends. Monitor internal and external system audits. You will support regional teams in taking corrective actions and ensure the quality manual is kept up to date.

Be a pioneer in Facil’s Quality ⚠.⚠ goals. Leverage today's technologies and processes to embody tomorrow's organizational excellence through the integration of digital technology and data analytics. Support business development and regional teams in negotiating and launching new deals. Support Procurement in defining supplier quality requirements and monitor global SQA performance with Regional Quality Managers. Coordinate the migration of quality processes to the new SAP ERP system. Keep a close eye on new trends and initiatives in the field of quality and continually look for opportunities to take the Facil quality system to the next level.

Manage ⚠ local direct reports and an overall team of approximately ⚠ highly qualified professionals at the headquarters in Belgium and offices in Europe, North America and Asia. You are a member of the global management team, working from the headquarters in Belgium and reporting to the Managing Director Facil FSP.

Process expert and team player. Smart and dynamic personality, master class training and passion for quality process control. Minimum ⚠ years of experience in a quality responsibility role, preferably in an international environment and the automotive industry. You have people management experience and strong soft skills. You are able to motivate internal staff and are a good communicator both internally and externally. Knowledge of relevant quality standards, especially IATF ⚠, familiarity and in-depth understanding of FMEA methodology. Analytical skills, strong business acumen and equally strong common sense. High levels of adaptability and mental flexibility. Fluency in English (other languages ​​a plus). Travel is a plus for you, not a burden (regular business trips). Candidates with experience in SAP systems are preferred.
