Job Description: Category Management Partner

The Category Management Partner is responsible for developing and leading the strategy regarding primary packaging components and delivery devices in support of the Global Recruitment Global Supply (PGS) network. You will take on the task of sourcing and contracting value for Global Recruitment's stakeholders through the timely development and supervision of global strategies that are in line with future business requirements. You will work with key PGS stakeholders and Business Partners across the organization to develop and deploy global sourcing strategies that support business objectives and deliver value, while ensuring alignment to category management value levers. You will continually evolve through innovative solutions, the PGS value proposition regarding quality, supply assurance, and the cost of the components within the assigned spending areas.

Your tasks include:

• Developing global strategies for categories aligned with business needs
• Creating and maintaining category plans for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing large, complex sourcing projects and developing strategies for new product introductions
• Bringing advanced understanding of market trends and industry best practices
• Proactively mitigating risks in the supply chain
