Our partners are looking for a global sales expert to strengthen their team. This international company is best known for its pharmaceutical products.

• Track out-of-stock items and proactively coordinate schedules to ensure products are delivered on time.
• Serves as an intermediary between the company's markets and delivery locations.
• Monitor company markets for open transfer orders on a daily basis.
• Analyze the latest market/country information to understand medium to long term delivery requirements.
• Create deliveries (according to shipping schedule) and track shipments on a daily basis.
• Arrange transportation and prepare necessary documentation related to shipments, including hazmat requirements (if applicable), including TPA delivery, according to specific instructions for each customer, packing location and multi-company customer.
• Choose the best shipping method based on customer requirements and a list of verified providers.
• If necessary, use agreed price lists and spot quotes to control shipping costs.
• Work with external/internal WH to control and monitor receiving, warehousing and order preparation operations including managing Idocs related to these activities.
• Provide regular updates to local supply chain managers on upcoming restocks.
• Complain directly to the appropriate department and follow up as necessary.
• Process company returns.
• Market to delivery location.
• Perform contract reconciliation or price transfers.
• If necessary, create a credit/debit note.
• Maintain customer work orders in global customer service database and maintain commercial customer files in SAP for company markets.
• Participate in the preparation of presentation of personal portfolio.
• Attend company meetings within GL.
• Calculate and monitor KPIs followed during animal sessions.
• Maintain proper and accurate pre-shipment and post-shipment administration and track each customer's specific logistics instructions through customer files.
• Knowledge of relevant SOPs and supporting systems (e.g. ColdStream, Trackwise, Qlik).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• ⚠-⚠ years of experience in the following areas: Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Transportation.
• Language Skills: Fluent in French and English.
• Customer service oriented.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of transportation and storage, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understand good sales practices, cold chain sales, Incoterms and understand customs clearance processes.
• Experience with ERP, Office (with focus on Excel) and SAP is a huge advantage.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure, good at analysis, flexible, able to work independently, strong team spirit, excellent oral and written communication skills, customer-oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience in an international organizational context.
